Bill Spain graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in real estate. After 3 years in the Marine Corps he attended Hastings College of Law obtaining a LLB degree in 1965.
Since then he has practiced law and been involved in real estate sales. He founded Parker Harrison Real Estate in 1993. He has taught real estate law at the junior college level.
